Fee Paying Services and NHS Sessions. Examples of Fee Paying Services are set out in Schedule 10 of the TCS. You will not carry out Fee Paying Services during your Sessions except where you and your clinical manager have agreed otherwise. Where your clinical manager has agreed that you may carry out Fee Paying Services during your Sessions, you will remit to us the fees for such services except where you and your clinical manager have agreed that providing these services involves minimal disruption to your NHS duties.
