Fee Cap. The University shall not increase parking fees more than the amount listed in Appendix G for each location in each year for the duration of this agreement.
Fee Cap. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total fees, to include all fees and reimbursable expenses, charged to Owner by Professional Firm under this Contract will not exceed Dollars ($ ) without the express written consent of Owner’s Director of Engineering & Project Management.
Fee Cap. The right of Manager to receive any compensation for its services under this Agreement other than such funds as are necessary to cover its actual costs of providing such services, shall be subordinate to the rights of the holders of the GLR Preferred Stock.

The Pass Through Expenses will be excluded from the CY2003 Cap and the Jan2004 Cap, and for the purposes of this Section only (notwithstanding Section 1.3), the Transition Bonuses will be excluded from the Pass Through Expenses.

Fee Cap. In General Broker shall abide by the Lender’s established origination fee limits (“fee cap”), which are calculated as a percentage of the note amount and encompass all fees paid to Broker,including but not limited to loan origination fee and processing fee.

Merk agrees that it will provide Vxx Xxx with any information required by Vxx Xxx to ensure compliance with the Fee Cap.
