Common use of Fee and Service Schedules Clause in Contracts

Fee and Service Schedules. Each Company agrees to pay Transfer Agent the fees and out-of-pocket expenses for Services performed pursuant to this Agreement as set forth in the Fee and Service Schedule, for the initial term of the Agreement (the “Initial Term”). Such fees and reimbursable expenses may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the a Company and Transfer Agent.
