Company agrees to pay Transfer Agent the fees for Services performed pursuant to this Agreement as set forth in the Fee and Service Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein, for the initial term of the Agreement (the “Initial Term”). Sixty (60) days before the expiration of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term (as defined below), whichever is applicable, the parties to this Agreement will agree upon a Fee Schedule for the upcoming Renewal Term.
