Federation Leave. a) The employer will grant fifteen (15) days paid release time per school year to the president of the union (or designate) in order to conduct union business. The employee will be paid the grid rate the employee would have earned teaching for the employer. Any leave after 15 days will be reimbursed by the OTBU.
