Federal Restrictions. Contractor shall comply with all certification and disclosure requirements prescribed by Section 319, Public Law 101-121 (31 U.S.C. § 1352) and any implementing regulations, and shall be responsible for ensuring that all Subcontractors or sub-grantees of funds provided under this Agreement also fully comply with all such certifications and disclosure requirements.
