FEASIBLITY, DESIGN AND BID PHASE SERVICES. A.2.1 The CMF shall review feasibility studies, design documents and bid documents for clarity, consistency and completeness. Advise the Owner and the Design Consultant regarding site use and improvements, selection of materials, building systems and equipment, and methods of project delivery. Provide recommendations to the Owner and the Design Consultant on relative feasibility of construction methods, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for procurement, installation and construction, and of factors related to cost including, but not limited to, cost of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budget and possible economies.
