Additional Acts If for the validation of any of the provisions in this Agreement any act, resolution, approval or other procedure is required to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company undertakes to cause such act, resolution, approval or other procedure to be affected or adopted in a manner that will enable the Company to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
Necessary Acts, Further Assurances The Parties shall at their own cost and expense execute and deliver any further documents and shall take such other actions as may be reasonably required or appropriate to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreement.
Official Secrets Acts The Contractor undertakes to abide and procure that the Contractor’s employees abide by the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.
Other Necessary Acts Each party shall execute and deliver to the other all such further instruments and documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out this Agreement in order to provide and secure to the other parties the full and complete enjoyment of rights and privileges hereunder.
Occupational Safety and Health Acts Contractor(s) who perform any work under this contract shall fully comply with the provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and any amendments thereto and regulations pursuant to the act. Any Contractor who fails to do so may be terminated for cause as set forth below.
Further Acts and Assurances Each of the Parties after convincing itself agrees to execute and deliver all such further agreements, documents and instruments, and to do and perform all such further acts and things, as shall be necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
Further Acts Each party agrees to perform any further acts and execute and deliver any further documents that may be reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions and intent of this Agreement.
Cooperation; Further Acts The Parties shall fully cooperate with one another, and shall take any additional acts or sign any additional documents as may be necessary, appropriate or convenient to attain the purposes of this Agreement.
Safety Act, Sec 1 (1). The employee rights set out above shall be interpreted within the context of the Ontario Human Rights Code. An employee who believes that she has been harassed, contrary to this provision shall be encouraged by both parties to follow the Employer’s policy on harassment and process. Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
Additional Assurances Except as may be specifically provided herein to the contrary, the provisions of this Agreement shall be self-operative and shall not require further agreement by the parties; provided, however, at the request of either party, the other party shall execute such additional instruments and take such additional acts as are reasonable, and as the requesting party may reasonably deem necessary, to effectuate this Agreement.
