Print Mail The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.
Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.
Faxing Faxes containing DHCS PHI or PI shall not be left unattended and fax machines shall be in secure areas. Faxes shall contain a confidentiality statement notifying persons receiving faxes in error to destroy them. Fax numbers shall be verified with the intended recipient before sending the fax.
Transmission The Custodian and the Fund shall comply with SWIFT’s authentication procedures. The Custodian will act on FT Instructions received via SWIFT provided the instruction is authenticated by the SWIFT system. § Written Instructions. Instructions may be transmitted in an original writing that bears the manual signature of an Authorized Person(s).
Facsimile Where any Notice is provided or submitted to a Party via facsimile, an original of the Notice sent via facsimile shall promptly be sent by regular mail. For greater certainty, a notice given via facsimile shall not be invalid by reason only of a Party’s failure to comply with this Section 11.2.
Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.
Video Display Terminals The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
Mailboxes Each department or unit shall make available a convenient receptacle at a designated location for Employees to receive College business correspondence.
