Output Device definition

Output Device means a new Lexmark printer or multi-function device provided by Lexmark or Lexmark authorized agents under this SOW.
Output Device is defined as any device producing a usable representation of the Font, such as, but not limited to: a printer, image setter, laser setter, plate maker.
Output Device means any solution-enabled output device (e.g., printer, multi-function device) at which the print job generated by the Cloud Services is permitted to be printed, viewed, displayed or produced under this Agreement.

Examples of Output Device in a sentence

  • Provide ability for Lexmark to use a secure remote connection to make adjustments to Managed Output Device settings as well as restart the device as needed in the effort to resolve service issues proactively.

  • Recurring Charges and Price per Pages are specific to the Managed Output Device model.

  • On a semi-annual basis during the SOW Term, if the Yield (for the Consumables shipped) exceeds the Actual Volume, Lexmark will bill and Customer will pay an additional fee equal to the amount of such excess Pages (Yield) multiplied by the Price per Page for the applicable Managed Output Device, as indicated for each Managed Output Device in Attachment A.

  • Proactive Device Notification (“PDN”) displays the latest known service request and toner order status on the operator panel of a Lexmark Managed Output Device.

Output Device means a display which displays a screen image created by Use of or access to the Font Software to make visible in human readable form, either temporarily or permanently, the typeface design and fonts contained within the Font Software.

Related to Output Device

  • Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a brachytherapy source or a teletherapy, remote afterloader, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.
