FAULT ISOLATION AND PROBLEM DETERMINATION. Customer shall maintain a technical staff with the capability of performing airborne terminal fault isolation and problem determination. Further, the Customer's trained staff shall be readily accessible by phone during periods when the Customer requests Technical Support. The Customer's staff shall assist HNS personnel in system troubleshooting, fault isolation, and problem determination to the extent requested.
