Common use of Family Day Civic Holiday Clause in Contracts

Family Day Civic Holiday. In addition to the holidays above, a full-time employee who works a minimum of nine (9) months in a calendar year shall be entitled to two (2) floating holidays in that calendar year, to be taken on a date that is mutually satisfactory to the employee and to the Administrator or designate. It is understood that the floating holidays cannot be taken in the period of December 15th to January 15th.
