Common use of Familiarization of Territory Clause in Contracts

Familiarization of Territory. A. When Trainmen are required to run over any portion of the road with which they or any other member of the crew are unacquainted, a pilot will be furnished. B. Qualified Trainmen from other crafts may also be used to pilot trains when Trainmen working in the craft are not available.
