Fall Protection. The Principal Contractor shall designate a competent person to prepare a fall protection plan, which will include a risk assessment of all work carried out from an elevated position. This shall be done in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Construction Regulations and DST_34-1131: Standard for a Fall Arrest System.
