Failure to Submit. 5.12.8.2.1. If , f or any month during the Delivery Term, Buyer does not receive Seller’s Multi-Fuel Report and supporting documentation by the Monthly Multi- Fuel Report Deadline, such month’s invoice shall be deemed incomplete and Buyer shall not be required to pay, and no amount shall be due or owing under, that incomplete invoice.
