Facility Sites. There is set forth in EXHIBIT 5.5.2 the location of the chief executive office of each Borrower and the locations all central station monitoring operations, offices and other Property used in the operation of each Borrower's Security Monitoring Business.

Facility Sites. There is set forth in EXHIBIT 5.5.2 the location of the chief executive office of Borrower and each Borrower of its Subsidiaries and the locations all central station monitoring operations, offices and other Property used in the operation of each Borrower's Security Monitoring and each of its Subsidiaries' Central Station Business.
