Bidder has to provide Facility Management Services for all the items supplied by bidder, existing items and items to be purchased for the project by GoR for a period of 5 years. Bidder has to provide Facilities Management Services and shall be supported by centralized helpdesk which will work as a single point of contact for complaint management & resolution for all the users of the city surveillance and incident response system within each city. The helpdesk shall be designed to meet the SLA response & resolution timelines.
