Warranty Administration. The Seller shall provide administration for all warranty claims.
Warranty Administration. CONTRACTOR shall obtain all customary warranties available from Subcontractors under this Agreement. Such warranties shall be obtained for the benefit of OWNER as well as for CONTRACTOR, and shall be assignable to OWNER or OWNER’s designee upon OWNER’s request; provided, however, that OWNER hereby agrees to allow CONTRACTOR to call upon such warranties to the extent necessary to allow CONTRACTOR to fulfill its warranty obligations hereunder.
Warranty Administration. 13.5.1 The Company shall be responsible for warranty administration with respect to JV Trucks and JV Truck Replacement Parts for which the Company has assumed the corresponding warranty liability.

Warranty Administration. Manager shall maintain in effect all warranties covering all major building components and equipment.
Warranty Administration. Warranty administration will be provided by the Contractor for the Project, including all planted areas, for a period of 12 months following the date of closeout of this Agreement. Warranty administration includes, but is not limited to: warranty request tracking, event documentation, and corrective response. Upon request of the Sponsor (or at predetermined times), the Contractor shall inspect the Project Area and perform response action as needed. Warranty response includes all necessary corrective activities, such as replanting areas, weed control, repairing structures, and/or repair as needed. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all services, supplies, and subcontracts as needed to perform all warranty service needs and corrective activities. The Contractor shall provide any modification and/or updates to the project record drawings that may result from warranty activities
