Facility Maintenance. Grantee shall maintain the facility; provide janitorial services; and repair the facility and its systems to maintain a clean, safe, and pest- free environment, per all applicable building, fire and health codes. Grantee shall coordinate with the City for reporting and tracking of maintenance issues.
