Facility Details. 2.1 Maximum outstanding moneys at any time For each Tranche, as set out in the Key Terms Schedule in Schedule 2 to this Agreement (as reduced in accordance with this Agreement). That maximum applies to the Borrowers as a whole and is not a limit applying to each Borrower individually.
2.2 Cancellation Sims may cancel all or part of the undrawn Commitment for a Tranche on 20 Business Days’ Notice to the Lender. A partial cancellation of the undrawn Commitment for a Tranche in respect of any Available Currency, must comply with the minimum denominations set out in clause 3.2 (Minimum Denominations). For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation (including a partial cancellation) made pursuant to this clause 2.2 cannot be redrawn. The Commitment for each Tranche will be automatically cancelled on the Final Termination Date or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Lender and Sims.
