Restaurant. Tenant’s employees that have been issued an access card to The Alexandria shall have the right, along with other Users, to access and use the restaurant located at The Alexandria.
Restaurant. A restaurant providing for communal dining, also providing residents with the choice to have meals cooked in the restaurant served to them in their own home. Incorporating suitable accessibility standards.
Restaurant. Tenant’s employees that have been issued an access card to The Alexandria shall have the right, along with other Users, to access and use the restaurant located at The Alexandria. All such employees of Tenant shall be entitled to a 20% discount on certain food items (not including alcohol) purchased at the restaurant (on an individual basis and not with respect to entire tables or checks), which discounts shall not be transferrable.
Restaurant. Commercial use (excluding fast food restaurants) which sells prepared food or beverages and generally offers accommodations for consuming the food or beverage on the premises. Restaurant, Fast Food Commercial use which serves food or beverages, is built to encourage drive-through business, and minimizes the number of interior accommodations for on-site consumption of the product. Retail, Big Box A retail or wholesale use in a building greater than fifty thousand (50,000) square feet of gross floor area that typically requires a high parking-to-building area ratio. Big-box retail buildings are typically single-story structures. Accessory outdoor display of some materials may occur. Retail, General Establishments within a permanent structure engaged in selling goods or merchandise to the general public for personal or household consumption and rendering services incidental to the sale of such goods. This definition excludes retail, big box and pawn shops. Sports Club A profit or nonprofit club providing the following activities: a) the instruction of basketball, softball, baseball, cheerleading fundamentals, martial arts and other similar activities, b) weight lifting, c) drop-in, pick-up game sport activities, and d) tournaments/competitions related to the instructional activities. Stadium/Arena A large open or enclosed place used for games and major events and partly or completely surrounded by tiers of seats for spectators. This includes accessory eating and drinking establishments. Truck Terminal A building or area in which semitrailers, including tractor and trailer units, and other trucks are parked or stored for seventy-two (72) hours or less before being dispatched. This facility may include incidental servicing and washing facilities.
Restaurant. The restaurant is reserved for campsite clients and their guests.

Any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Lessee shall have the right to operate directly or through a designee, assignee or sub-lessee, private club facilities within such appropriate space leased to it in the Midfield Terminal for such purposes, which club facilities shall be authorized to serve food and beverages; provided, however, food and beverages served in such private club facilities will be obtained by Lessee from the Airport food concessionaire to the extent that same are available for purchase from said Airport food concessionaire.
Restaurant. A restaurant with 19 employees expects to give notice of redundancies and temporarily lay off 10 employees as a consequence of the coronavirus. The employees have a monthly wage of DKK 25,000. In this case, the restaurant gets DKK 18,750 in wage compensation from the beginning per employee it temporarily lays off. This corresponds to approximately 75 % of the employee’s wage. The employee keeps his or her job and continues to receive his or her monthly salary of DKK 25,000. In connection with the compensation period, the employee must take 5 holiday days. The compensation period cannot be longer than three months.
