Facility Closures. The Facility may need to be closed for a period of time, for example, due to an emergency, or if required by court order or by law. Pacific Golf Club is able to close the Facility up to 14 days in any 30-day period and hold the Membership at no cost to the Member and extend your Agreement for a time equal to the closed period.
