Facilities Operations. i) Where the overtime is not continuous to an employee's work day, overtime will be offered first to available and qualified employees assigned to the facility on a rotational basis initially by seniority. ii) Where a sufficient number of employees assigned to the facility cannot be obtained, overtime will then be offered to all available and qualified Facilities Operations employees on a rotational basis initially by seniority.
