Common use of Extremely Low Income Rent Clause in Contracts

Extremely Low Income Rent. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.4 below, the Rent paid by Tenants of Extremely Low Income Units may not exceed one-twelfth (1/12) of thirty percent (30%) of thirty percent (30%) of Median Income, adjusted for Assumed Household Size.
