Common use of Extraordinary Work Clause in Contracts

Extraordinary Work. Authority will not pay Consultant for extraordinary work unless Consultant receives prior written authorization from the Agreement Administrator. Failure to do so will result in payment being withheld for services. If approved, Consultant will include an invoice that describes the work performed and the location where the work was performed, and a copy of the Agreement Administrator’s written authorization.
