EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAMS. An extracurricular program is defined as a separate volunteer position outside of the employment relationship for an activity, club, or sport. Acceptance of an extracurricular contract is voluntary. Refusal to accept or willingness to perform an extracurricular contract shall have no bearing on continued building assignment or formal evaluation.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.

  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article.
