Extra Territory Use Rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the applicable Autodesk Software License with respect to Territory, during the Term and subject to the requirements set forth in this Section 2.C.(iii), You may Install or permit an employee to Install the Covered Software under Subscription on a portable Computer and Access that Covered Software outside the Territory for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days in any twelve (12) month period without Autodesk’s written consent. Extra Territory Use Covered So ftware may be used solely for Your own internal business needs as provided in the applicable Autodesk Software License.
