Extra Shift Bonus. Nurses who own a full or part-time FTE and pick up shifts 25 beyond their scheduled FTE shifts once shifts within three (3) months of the 26 schedule finalized will be incentivized with an Extra Shift Bonus of ten dollars 27 ($10.00) per hour worked.
