Extra Days. The extra days specified below shall be applicable to all employees on annual contracts. Employees who are part-time FTE employees (i.e., 0.1-0.9) may work the full day on the extra days allowed and receive full per diem payment for that day. Employees who are hired after the start of the school year will not be eligible for scheduled extra days occurring before their commencement of service on an annual contract. The performance of extra days will be in accordance with RCW 28A.400.200(4) and pursuant to supplemental contracts issued thereunder.
Extra Days. Employees who work on Saturday, Sunday and/or scheduled holidays shall be paid at the rate of time and a half. In the event that the building is rented for other paid use (not normally scheduled activities), the Maintenance Staff shall be used exclusively for such additional work. In the event such additional work is available, Employees shall be assigned such work based on qualifications and seniority at their site (Little Red or EIHS). (2)
Extra Days. In order to meet program needs at the site beyond the one hundred and eighty-one (181) days or one hundred and seventy-five (175) days dependent upon the school’s calendar, the District may offer employees the opportunity to work additional days to be paid on a per diem basis. (This does not apply to substitute assignments.) Teachers working extra days may use sick leave as prescribed by Article XII. of this Agreement. Employees who work extra days shall be credited with additional sick leave at the same rate of accrual as provided in the Agreement. Extra days will be paid on a supplemental payroll after the workdays have been verified. Additional sick leave, if applicable, will be credited upon completion of the assignment and verification of the number of days worked. Such extra days will be first offered to on-site employees and then offered to other YRE employees, and then referred to the District Human Resources Dept. for posting. Said employees cannot be involuntarily transferred for refusing to work extra days.
Extra Days. Up to three (3) additional days (deducted from sick leave) may be granted at the sole discretion of the Superintendent.

Extra Days. Staff members in the Woodbridge Public Schools shall be compensated at a per diem rate based on their annual salaries for every day added to the school year above those stipulated in Section I.
Extra Days. The fourteen (14) “extra days” referred to in Section 13.03 must be used in the manner described below: All of the “extra days” must be taken off during the periods when school is not in session. These periods include days set aside for teachers conventions, breaks that are scheduled around the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter holidays and spring break. Any leave taken during this time must be taken in increments to equal a 40 hour work week. When the “extra days” are used up, the SRO has the option of reporting for duty at the department or using accrued leave time during the school year.
