Extra Claims. 18.1 Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement the parties will not make any extra claims relating to wages or changes in conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in the Agreement or not. 18.2 This Agreement covers all matters or claims that could otherwise be subject to protected action under the Workplace Relations Act 1996, Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act (Cth) 2005 and their successors. 19.1 The parties recognise the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice (the Code).
