Extra Board Operators. SECTION 1 - The purpose of the Extra Board is to enable the Company to provide reliable uninterrupted service to the system’s coach riders and also to provide such additional service, beyond the regular scheduled route service which from time to time occurs, such as special event shuttles, or service which is supplemental to the regular schedules.
