Common use of External Audits Clause in Contracts

External Audits. A Monitoring Committee equally composed by representa- tives of ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and representatives of IG Metall/BHI shall monitor the implementation of the agreement. The com- mittee will meet at least every 2 years and hold its meetings at the premises of the production and sales companies. BHI can make it possible for the local trade unions to participate in the meetings of the Monitoring Committee on the spot. The participants shall receive any and all information re- quired for the exercise of their mandate. ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall bear the costs for the external audit.
