Extent of Relief. (a) If either Party is rendered unable to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure, such Party shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 7 and the following provisions of this Clause 12, be excused from liability (including any requirement under this Agreement to make payment of any sum except for any sum due and owing as at the time of Force Majeure) for such non- performance to the extent that, and for as long as, such Force Majeure persists.
