Common use of Extent of Employment Clause in Contracts

Extent of Employment. (a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall perform his obligations hereunder faithfully and to the best of his ability at the principal executive offices of the Company, under the direction of the Board of Directors and/or Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and shall abide by the rules, customs and usages from time to time established by the Companies.

Extent of Employment. (a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall perform his obligations hereunder faithfully and to the best of his ability at the principal executive offices of the Companyability, under the direction of the Board of Directors and/or Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyCEO, and shall abide by the rules, customs and usages policies from time to time established by the CompaniesCompany.

(the "Parent").

Xxxxx, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Parent, and under the direction of the Board of Directors and/or Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyCompany while reporting to Xx. Xxxxx, and shall abide by the rules, customs and usages from time to time established by each of the CompaniesParent and the Company.

(a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall report to and perform his obligations hereunder faithfully and to the best of his ability at the principal executive offices of the Company, under the direction of the Board of Directors and/or Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPACEHAB, Incorporated and the Board of Directors of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company, and shall abide by the rules, customs and usages from time to time established by the CompaniesCompany.

(a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall perform his obligations hereunder faithfully and to the best of his ability at the principal executive offices of the Company, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Board of Directors and/or Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company and shall abide by the rules, customs and usages from time to time established by the CompaniesCompany.
