Extending Term. For purposes of extending the term of the relationship between the Company and Employee, the parties agree to enter into good faith negotiations within sixty (60) days prior to the termination of this Agreement. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement at such time as this Agreement terminates, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated on December 31, 2004.

Extending Term. The term of the Agreement is hereby amended to provide that Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur no later than Four Hundred Fifteen (415) calendar days from the date of issuance of all permits, and Final Completion shall occur no later than Four Hundred Forty-Five (445) calendar days from date of issuance of all permits, subject to the City’s ability to terminate in accordance with Section 10 of the Agreement.

  • Consulting Term Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Company agrees to retain the Consulting Director for a term of three (3) years commencing as of the date Consulting Director's retirement from the Board of Directors of the Company ("Effective Date").
