Consulting Term definition

Consulting Term means period of time from the Employment Separation Date to and including June 30, 2020;

Consulting Term means the time period following the Retirement Date during which the Executive is engaged to perform Consulting Services under this Agreement.

Consulting Term shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 5(a).
