Export Act. Licensee hereby warrants and certifies that no part of Disclosed Information or Licensed Technology shall be made available or exported by Licensee or any Sublicensee to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto. This Agreement and Interline's obligations hereunder are subject to such laws and regulations.
