Export Act. Licensee hereby warrants and certifies that no part of the QMACS(TM) Software, modifications thereof, documentation thereto, applicable manual(s) or any related item or product will be made available or exported to any country in contravention of any law of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.

Export Act. Purchaser hereby warrants and certifies that no part of Disclosed Information or Interline Technology or the Unit shall be made available or exported by Purchaser to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.
