Export Act. Licensee hereby warrants and certifies that no part of the QMACS(TM) Software, modifications thereof, documentation thereto, applicable manual(s) or any related item or product will be made available or exported to any country in contravention of any law of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.
Export Act. Purchaser hereby warrants and certifies that no part of Disclosed Information or Interline Technology or the Unit shall be made available or exported by Purchaser to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto. This Agreement and Interline's obligations hereunder are subject to such laws and regulations.
Export Act. Licensee hereby warrants and certifies that no part of Disclosed Information or Licensed Technology shall be made available or exported by Licensee or any Sublicensee to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto. This Agreement and Interline's obligations hereunder are subject to such laws and regulations.
Export Act. CLIENT hereby warrants and certifies that no part of Software, modifications thereof, documentation thereto, applicable manual(s) or any related item or product will be made available or exported to any country in contravention of any law of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.
Export Act. Representative hereby warrants and certifies that no part of the Products or any related item or products will be made available or exported to or within any country in contravention of any law of the United States, such as the Export Administration Act of 1979 and the regulations relating thereto, and including without limitation any Department of Commerce regulations concerning data encryption technology. Representative shall be solely responsible for the procurement and renewing of all import and export licenses and any encryption certifications required under the laws of the United States of any foreign country for the export and import of Representative's Products, and shall pay all costs and expenses in connection with such procurement and renewal.
Export Act. OEM hereby warrants and certifies that no Software will be made available or exported by OEM to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States or any of its agencies, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto. This Agreement is subject to such laws and regulations.
Export Act. SYNERTECH shall not export any part of the Products to any country in contravention of any law of the United States, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.
Export Act. Licensee warrants that neither the HMMS Technology (including Computer Programs) nor any software or Documentation associated therewith or based thereon will be made available or exported by or through Licensee to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States or any of its agencies, including the Export Administration Act and regulations relating thereto and any successor legislation or regulations thereto.
Export Act. Customer hereby warrants and certifies that neither the Product nor the Documentation will be made available or exported by Customer to any country in contravention of any law or regulation of the United States or any of its agencies, including the Export Administration Act of 1979 and regulations relating thereto.
Export Act.
