Licensee’s Computers Sample Clauses

Licensee’s Computers. “Licensee’s Computers” means computers: (a) that are located at the Designated Site, (b) that are in the possession and control of Licensee, and (c) on which Licensed Software is installed and used as licensed by this Agreement. Licensee’s Computers also include any storage devices, hardware, systems, and system software that are used in conjunction with those computers and also meet the criteria of (a), (b) and (c) in this Section.
