An Exploration License is a legal authorization that grants a party the right to search for and evaluate natural resources, such as minerals or hydrocarbons, within a specified area. Exploration License. GeoXplor hereby grants to NECA an exclusive license to enter upon the "Property" together with the right to conduct "Mineral Exploration" during a five-year evaluation and due diligence term.
Exploration License. GeoXplor hereby grants to First Liberty an exclusive license to enter upon the "Properties" together with the right to conduct "Mineral Exploration" during the four (4) year evaluation and due diligence term.

Kor-Tazh LLP holds a valid and enforceable exploration and production license granted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the republic of Kazakhstan, as set forth in the "Deed of the State Registration of the Contract for Subsurface Use Operations," which is registered by the Ministry as Registration No. 1483 (the "License"). Kor- Tazh LLP holds the License free of Liens, claims and encumbrances. None of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the organization of the BV-Corp, will limit or interfere with the rights of Kor-Tazh LLP under the License.
Exploration License. To the extent needed pursuant to Sections 5.4 and 6.2 of the Minerals and Mining Law, upon receipt of Notice from the CONCESSIONAIRE, the GOVERNMENT shall grant the CONCESSIONAIRE an Exploration License for any Exploration Area proposed by the CONCESSIONAIRE within the Concession Area.
Exploration License. The Exploration License is valid and in full force and effect. All fees and charges with respect to such Exploration License as of the date hereof have been paid in full. No event has occurred that, with or without notice or lapse of time or both, would reasonably be expected to result in the revocation, suspension, lapse, or limitation of the Exploration License.
