Exploitation of Information and Communications Technology. A strategic framework on eInclusion is currently being developed by the eInclusion Stakeholders Group. Its priority areas for action are access and connectivity, skills, awareness and content. In this context, a national eInclusion strategy will be developed so that everyone has the opportunity, through encouragement, awareness, support, enablement and participation, to exploit ICTs to improve their quality of life, and the cohesiveness and well-being of their communities. It will be developed in line with the NAPinclusion and the i2010 Initiative - 'a European Information Society for growth and employment'. The role of intermediaries, including community & voluntary organisations, in reaching the late adopters of technology will be critical to the implementation of this Strategy.

  • Accessibility of Information Technology Contractor represents and warrants that any software/ hardware/ communications system/ equipment (collectively “technology”), if any, provided under this Agreement adheres to the standards and/or specifications as may be set forth in the Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 standards guide and is fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 AA standards for accessibility and compliant with any applicable FCC regulations. Technology that will be used on a mobile device must also be navigable with Voiceover on iOS devices in addition to meeting WCAG 2.0 level AA. If portions of the technology or user experience are alleged to be non-compliant or non- accessible at any point, District will provide Contractor with notice of such allegation and Contractor shall use its best efforts to make the technology compliant and accessible. If a state or federal department, office or regulatory agency, or if any other third party administrative agency or organization (“Claimants”), make a claim, allegation, initiates legal or regulatory process, or if a court finds or otherwise determines that technology is non-compliant or non-accessible, Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the District from and against any and all such claims, allegations, liabilities, damages, penalties, fees, costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or related to Xxxxxxxxx’ claims. Contractor shall also fully indemnify District for the full cost of any user accommodation that is found to be necessary due to an identifiable lack of accessibility in the Contractor’s technology. If necessary, an independent 3rd party accessibility firm using POUR standards (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust) may be used to validate the accessibility of the technology.

  • Supply of Information The Republic agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to each Stock Exchange copies of such documents as may be reasonably required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.

SALES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish OGS with quarterly sales reports utilizing Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales. Purchases by Non- State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes and/or updates to Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales or to require sales to be reported in a different format without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. Further, additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied upon request. Reseller Sales Product sold through Reseller(s) must be reported by Contractor in the required Appendix I – Report of Contract Sales. Due Date The Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales will be quarterly (January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December). Reports will be due 1 month after the closing quarter. SERVICE REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT AND WARRANTY WORK Service Reports for Authorized User An Authorized User in an RFQ may require compliance with any or all of this section. If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS

  • Distribution of Information The Employer shall assure that the results of Labor Management Committees are distributed to affected managers and supervisors. The Union may distribute the results to the bargaining unit through exiting security briefings (i.e., roll call), bulletin boards and other appropriate venues. In the event that there are issues distributing LMC meeting results at security briefings, via bulletin boards, or other appropriate venues, the Union may seek assistance from the Executive Director of the Office of Personnel Services and Benefits, Department of Budget and Management, to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the parties. In no instance shall the dissemination of information by the Union extend the time allotted for a security briefing or disrupt the primary purpose of the briefing.

  • USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION The Seller consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by the Brokerage for the purpose of listing and marketing the Property including, but not limited to: listing and advertising the Property using any medium including the Internet; disclosing Property information to prospective buyers, brokerages, salespersons and others who may assist in the sale of the Property; such other use of the Seller’s personal information as is consistent with listing and marketing of the Property. The Seller consents, if this is an MLS® Listing, to placement of the listing information and sales information by the Brokerage into the database(s) of the MLS® System of the appropriate Board, and to the posting of any documents and other information (including, without limitation, photographs, images, graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, floor plans, architectural designs, artistic renderings, surveys and listing descriptions) provided by or on behalf of the Seller into the database(s) of the MLS® System of the appropriate Board. The Seller acknowledges that the information, personal or otherwise (“information”), provided to the real estate board or association may be stored on databases located outside of Canada, in which case the information would be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the information is located. In the event that this Agreement expires or is cancelled or otherwise terminated and the Property is not sold, the Seller, by initialling: consent to allow other real estate board members to contact the Seller after expiration or other termination of this Agreement to discuss listing or otherwise marketing the Property.
