Experience/Qualifications. Seller represents, warrants and covenants that it and its Subcontractors are and will continue to (i) be fully experienced, qualified and licensed to perform the Work and all of their respective obligations under this Contract; (ii) possess the necessary approvals, knowledge, skills and experience with similar work, to render the Work pursuant to the terms of this Contract; (iii) have the financial and technical capability to satisfy their respective obligations hereunder; and (iv) be properly equipped, financed, and organized to perform the Work. Seller shall have the status of an independent contractor maintaining the complete control over its employees and its Subcontractors.
