Experience/Qualifications. Proposals on this contract shall be limited to individuals, partnerships, and corporations actively engaged in landscaping. Proposers shall demonstrate competence, experience, and financial capability to carry out the terms of this contract. The City will require proof of these qualifications and work performance references.
Experience/Qualifications. Seller represents, warrants and covenants that it and its Subcontractors are and will continue to (i) be fully experienced, qualified and licensed to perform the Work and all of their respective obligations under this Contract; (ii) possess the necessary approvals, knowledge, skills and experience with similar work, to render the Work pursuant to the terms of this Contract; (iii) have the financial and technical capability to satisfy their respective obligations hereunder; and (iv) be properly equipped, financed, and organized to perform the Work. Experience/Qualifications. A School Services Officer at this Level may be an experienced qualified tradesperson or have the knowledge/experience to manage the provision of services by such people.
Experience/Qualifications. Bxxxxx-Xxxxx, and its members and beneficial owners have extensive experience and skill in managing and operating environmental and energy related businesses and operations and developing projects in the environmental and energy business.
Experience/Qualifications. A School Officer at this level has no relevant experience or qualification to perform the tasks required.
