Common use of Expenses Paid from Fund Clause in Contracts

Expenses Paid from Fund. Any expenses reasonably incurred by the Claims Administrator in carrying out the duties described in this Agreement shall be paid by the Claims Administrator from the Settlement Fund pursuant to its estimates and invoice for services rendered, in accordance with Section 9.03.

Expenses Paid from Fund.
