Expenses of the Parties. Each party shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by it in the presentation of its case, including the payment of witnesses, if required. Either party may, at its option and its own expense, have the arbitration proceedings reported and transcribed. If both parties wish to have the proceedings reported and transcribed, they shall share equally in the cost of said reporting and transcription.
