Common use of Expenses and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Compensation. All reasonable expenses of administration including, but not limited to, those involved in retaining necessary professional assistance may be paid from the assets of the Fund. Alternatively, the Employer may, in its discretion, pay any or all such expenses. Pursuant to uniform and nondiscriminatory rules that the Plan Administrator may establish from time-to-time, administrative expenses and expenses unique to a particular Participant may be charged to a Participant's Individual Account or the Plan Administrator may allow Participants to pay such fees outside of the Plan. The Employer shall furnish the Plan Administrator with such clerical and other assistance as the Plan Administrator may need in the performance of his or her duties.
