Common use of Expedites Clause in Contracts

Expedites. 48.12.1 If expedited service is requested, BullsEye will populate the Expedite and Expedite Reason fields on the LSR. CenturyLink reserves the right to refuse an expedite request if resources are not available. If an expedite request is granted, applicable expedite Service Order charges, as set forth on Table 1, will apply. 48.12.2 CenturyLink will not accept expedite requests for LNP orders.
