Expedites. 53.13.1 If expedited service is requested, CLEC will populate the “Expedite” and “Expedite Reason” fields on the LSR. CenturyLink reserves the right to refuse an expedite request if resources are not available. If an expedite request is granted, applicable expedite Service Order charges, as set forth on Table 1, will apply. 53.13.2 CenturyLink will not accept expedite requests for LNP orders.

Expedites. “Expedites” means accelerated Installations, Moves, Adds, Deletes, Changes or other Service requests.

Expedites. CLEC may request a Due Date earlier than the applicable Due Date interval for that product or service. Requests for expedites can be made either prior to, or after, submitting CLEC’s service request.99 12.2.1.2.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, for all products and services under this Agreement (except for Collocation pursuant to Section 8), Qwest will grant and process CLEC’s expedite request, and expedite charges are not applicable, if one or more of the following conditions are met:100 a) Fire; b) Flood; c) Medical emergency; d) National emergency; e) Conditions when the End User Customer is completely out of service (primary line); f) Disconnect in error by Qwest;101 g) Requested service necessary for CLEC End User Customer's grand opening event delayed for facilities or equipment reasons with a future Ready For Service (RFS) date; h) Delayed orders with a future RFS date that meet any of the above described conditions; i) National Security; j) Business Classes of Service unable to dial 911 due to previous order activity; or k) Business Classes of Service where hunting, call forwarding or voice mail features are not working correctly due to previous order activity where the End User Customer’s business is being critically affected. 12.2.1.2.2 If none of the conditions described in Section 12.2.1.2.1 are met, Qwest will grant and process CLEC’s expedite request, but the expedite charges in Exhibit A will apply, unless the need for the expedite is caused by Qwest. 102 12.2.1.2.3 Nothing in this Section 12.2.1.2 alters whether a non-recurring installation charge in Exhibit A applies to the CLEC order pursuant to the terms of the applicable section of this Agreement. Expedites. Expedites on LS One will not be allowed unless they meet the criteria stated in the LS One Carrier Guidebook. If CARRIER submits an expedited order that complies with the criteria set forth in the LS One Carrier Guidebook, the non-recurring fee set forth in the attached LS One Pricing Appendix shall apply to each expedited order that AT&T-13STATE handles on CARRIER’s behalf. 6.4 Line and Station Transfer (“LST”): AT&T-13STATE, at its sole option, may perform an LST to establish a working CO-HFS in lieu of performing conditioning to remove excessive bridged tap and/or load coils as provided in Sections 5 and 6 above), during the initial provisioning of the CO-HFS.

Expedites. Describe the Supplier’s rules and procedures for those orders in which VITA requests and may need expedited provisioning. Specify how many expedites are included in the Supplier’s offer at no additional charge.
