Existing Systems. July 1, 2020 through SaaS Go-Live Date The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA), Health Access Eligibility and Enrollment Unit (HAEEU) utilizes an Oracle software known as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This Oracle software allows for reporting functionality on the VHC system. ODI is an Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tool that offers a graphical environment to build, manage, and maintain data integration processes in business intelligence systems. OBIEE is used by HAEEU for its data reporting needs including ad-hoc query generation and analysis, dashboard, scorecard generation, and notice generation on the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database. The OBIEE data warehouse was originally established for HAEEU as part of the original implementation of the VHC system. The existing reporting system provides reporting functionality on the following major workstreams: 1095A, 1095B, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) Policy-Based Payment Reporting (PBPR), reconciliation, and operational reporting. The existing reporting system will continue to be the primary reporting environment for VHC until a replacement reporting environment has passed UVT or received approval from the State to retire the incumbent reporting environment. SaaS Go-Live Date through October 31, 2024 HAEEU uses Tableau to access a Software as a Service (SaaS) Reporting Platform as provided by Contractor. The SaaS Reporting Platform extracts, transforms and loads reporting data from the existing State transactional databases into a data warehouse, which is functionally accessed using Tableau by VHC. The mechanisms to extract, transform, load, and access State data are provided by Archetype to enable reporting functionality on the VHC system. The VHC SaaS Reporting Platform provides reporting functionality on the following major workstreams: 1095A, 1095B, Noticing, CMS Policy-Based Payment Reporting (PBPR), reconciliation, and operational reporting.
Existing Systems. (i)The financing terms and conditions for purchases and sales for each System purchased by Greenbrook (excluding Success TMS and Success TMS’ Pre-Acquisition Affiliates prior to the Effective Date): (A) prior to April 7, 2022 will continue to be governed by the Greenbrook Letter Agreement; and (B) from April 7, 2022 through the Effective Date, will continue to be governed by the Original Agreement.
