Additional Supervision Duties Sample Clauses
The 'Additional Supervision Duties' clause defines the requirement for a party, typically an employer or contractor, to undertake extra responsibilities related to overseeing work or personnel beyond standard obligations. This may include tasks such as monitoring compliance with safety protocols, providing extra training, or supervising subcontractors on specific projects. By clearly outlining these expanded supervisory roles, the clause ensures accountability and helps prevent misunderstandings about the extent of oversight required, thereby promoting a safer and more efficiently managed work environment.
